APIL – ASSOCIATION OF PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) exists to help its members fight for the rights of injured people. Founded in April 1990 by a group of barristers and solicitors (one of which was the former Senior Partner of Francis Hanna & Company) who wished to improve the services provided for victims of personal injury, today APIL has grown to become the trusted organisation in the promotion, encouragement and development of expertise in personal injury law.
APIL accredited lawyers commit to a code of conduct and work with a consumer charter. Being an APIL accredited firm our clients are guaranteed that their cases will be handled by a competent and experienced solicitor who will have at least 5 years’ experience of handling personal injury claims.
One of our Partners, Gerry Daly was the first Northern Ireland coordinator of APIL in Northern Ireland. Another one of our Partners, Martin Hanna has been an APIL accredited solicitor for over 13 years.
