Concerns raised UK VW customers treated unfairly

At Francis Hanna and Co, we are concerned that VW customers in the UK may be treated less favourably than those customers in the US who have been advised that they will receive compensation for losses which they have suffered as VW owners.

In light of this, we have now formally requested clarification from lawyers for the VW Group in the UK about their justification for this less favourable treatment. We will update you on our website as soon as we receive any response.
