Mediation, probably the most rapidly growing form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become one of the most frequently used methods which can be employed in order to resolve conflict and dispute between different parties.
At Francis Hanna & Co we are passionate about ADR and we believe that Mediation will provide our clients with creative problem solving, much more cost effectively than litigation in many incidences. 
We consider the ability to avoid cost and formality of litigation coupled with the confidentiality and commerciality of ADR make it attractive to businesses large and small.  We foresee increased future dependence upon the various forms of dispute resolution as an alternative to litigation.
