LINDA
JOHNSTON
An Honours Law graduate of The Queen’s University
of Belfast joined the Practice in 1983.
In addition to leading the business and property
law departments Linda has furthered particular interests
in medical ethics, mental
health and social welfare issues.
A believer in creative problem solving she has studied
mediation techniques at Harvard University, and is a
CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited
mediator.
She is at present a council member for 3 different charities,
respectively addressing the needs of conflict resolution,
social welfare, and the environment.
MARTIN HANNA
Graduated in London in 1994 and is the third
generation of the Hanna family to be a partner in the practice.
Martin specialises in civil litigation with particular interest
in asbestos related disease, clinical negligence and catastrophic
brain injury. He is a Litigator member of The College of
Personal Injury Lawyers and is also on The Law Society's
panel of accredited mediators having successfully completed
the Law Society's course in Alternative Dispute Resolution
and Mediation.
GERRY DALY
Gerry has practiced for the last 30 years in the
areas of personal injury and employment
law and specialises
in applications before the Industrial and Fair Employment
Tribunal. He was the first co-ordinator for the Association
of Personal Injury Lawyers in Northern Ireland. He manages
the practice's litigation department, overseeing a team of
dedicated personal injury and employment lawyers.
